About Us

The PORT COMMUNITY SYSTEM (PCS) is a Latvian government and EU co-funded digital platform that unites all three Latvian ports in a single information space. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Freeport of Riga, the Freeport of Ventspils, and the Liepaja SEZ administrations.

Our Mission

To promote the competitiveness of Latvian ports by providing modern digital solutions for all port community members. PCS replaces manual processes with automated digital workflows — from ship visit applications to invoice processing.
